What makes this different

This workshop helps you build your own personalised ADHD toolkit; not a one-size-fits-all approach.

You will learn how to:

  • Adapt protocols to your ADHD signature (Dr Kustow)
  • Use the MTAT Connecting Protocol framework to respond to what is happening in the moment
  • Choose the right ear points and combinations based on real-time need, not routine.
  •

At the core of this approach are four simple, adaptable protocol pathways:

  • Regulate – calm the nervous system and reduce overwhelm
  • Relate – support connection, co-regulation, and emotional safety
  • Rewire – strengthen focus, attention, and executive function
  • Restore – support rest, recovery, and integration
  •

You will learn how to move between these depending on what is needed, giving you a flexible, practical system you can use in everyday life.

No two ADHD profiles are the same — this approach teaches you how to respond, not repeat.

What you will learn

This is a hands-on, immersive workshop where you will learn to use ear seeding as both a self-regulation and co-regulation tool.

Working in pairs, you will:

  • Identify key ear acupoints linked to attention, emotional regulation, and executive function
  • Learn accurate placement and safe application
  • Practise stepped protocols you can use at home
  • Understand how to adapt support based on changing states

No prior experience needed — just a willingness to take part.

What’s included

  • Guided ear seeding using anatomical ear maps
  • MTAT Connecting Protocol (Regulate, Relate, Rewire, Restore)
  • “What is happening?” decision tool (CBT-informed)
  • Breathwork and regulation techniques
  • Ear Seed Tracker + personalised take-home plan
  • Optional ear massage protocol
  •

How this helps

Supports:

  • Emotional regulation and reduced reactivity
  • Improved focus and executive function
  • Better sleep and nervous system recovery
  • Reduced family conflict
  • Stronger connection between adult and young person
  •

A family-centred approach

This is a practical, low-demand, relational approach where adults and young people learn to regulate together.

You are building a system that supports each other as you join together in a partnership of ear seeding.
