Anna is founder of MTAT, an approved auricular therapy training school with ARA, FHT and AoR. She has pioneered new accredited training courses with a special interest in mental health, ADHD, women's health and cancer care. Anna is an approved trainer for NADA GB.

Anna has been an auricular therapist of almost 30 years and a former auricular acupuncture supervisor to NHS staff at BSMHFT. She is a Specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health Teacher, having worked in both mainstream and special education and a Mom to two children now adult children with ADHD and additional needs.

Anna created MTAT Connecting Protocol to support families, children and practitioners as a nervous system first response to supporting ADHD, emotional regulation and executive function challenges using ear seeding partnerships and intervention.

MTAT Connecting Protocol gives agency and empowerment to children and families to hep regulation emotions through self and co-regulation in a unique course that focuses on the harmonising of relationships at its core.
