Following an initial consultation to understand your weight related health concerns, I will devise individualised evidence based auricular (ear) acupoint combinations that target your specific concerns and that are shown to support:

My live online demonstrations teach you the anatomy of the ear to navigate landmarks and help you to accurately find acupoint locations on your ear using my ear model. You follow and copy on your own ear and apply seeds accordingly as we create bespoke targeted auricular acupoint protocols for you together.

You will receive a digital ear seeding treatment tracker and journal to record ear seeding placement, triggers, cravings, emotions and cognitive thoughts in time for weekly review sessions so that I can support your weight reduction journey holistically.
As a former NHS Addictions Treatment Specialist, Specialist Auricular Acupuncturist of 25 years and qualified Social Emotion and Mental Health Teacher (QTS), you will benefit from cognitive behaviour approaches, motivational interviewing and psychosocial interventions that are embedded into our review of your weekly progress alongside ear seeding auricular therapy interventions.
You also receive a supply of professional grade Vaccaria seeds and antibacterial wipes for use to optimise hygiene, infection control health and safety during your 12 week programme.
