Start by understanding the ear.

Not by memorising — by making sense of it.

The anatomy game uses simple prompts — linking Latin meaning, shape and position — so the ear becomes logical, not overwhelming.

You start to see the map, not just learn it.

Before learning protocols, learn the basic anatomy of the outer ear (auricle) with MTAT Interactive game Pin a Pinna.

Simple descriptions link Latin meaning, shape and location to help the ear make sense visually and practically. Knowing ear anatomy provides landmarks to help navigate around the ear and find areas of active acupoints.

Build confidence and explore Pin a Pinna below.

The ear isn’t just anatomical. It is also neurologically (nerves) active.

Different areas of the ear are innervated by cranial nerves which connect directly into the nervous system and influence the brain (neuromodulation.)

.

Ear acupuncture and needle free ear seeding become ways we can influence regulation. We can easily stimulate the vagus nerve - responsible for rest and digest, as it lies just under the surface of the skin in the concha of the ear.

Get on my Nerve game helps you to visualise cranial nerve pathways on the ear.
👉 How stimulation links to brain and body responses
👉 Why certain areas feel calming, activating or grounding

Go beyond the map — understand why it works.

The ear is neurologically active.

Through cranial nerve pathways — including the vagus and trigeminal — stimulation here can influence the nervous system directly.

The nerve game helps you see these connections clearly, so your point choices are grounded in understanding, not guesswork.
